Most days, weight training follows exercise class. No, we are not trying to create the next governor of California. We're just trying to keep bones strong. Seniors are susceptible to osteoporosis and other bone weakening diseases. So residents, such as Doris above, lift weights to make their bones, and the muscles around them, stronger. And she does so with a beautiful smile.
