Sensory Stimulation
Puzzles are fun, challenging and a great way to stimulate the senses. They can work the mind, provide a feeling of accomplishment and improve self confidence. Resident Fay enjoys doing a puzzle in which she has to move pieces from one side of the apparatus to the other. This involves touch, hand-eye coordination, depth and color perception, motor skills and planning.
