At all ages, people like you to notice things they do well...or better than yesterday. When she plays the piano, Resident Ruth makes it easy for me to offer compliments. For residents who are struggling with a physical or mental disability, I look for small improvements, amount of effort and determination. Many times, I combine my kind words with a tender touch and a warm smile.
