Visitors Welcomed At Le Bleu Chateau

Please come by and meet our residents. (Many will take the opportunity to chat with you.) Experience the care and dedication of our staff. Visitors are quite surprised (and delighted) to see the bright nature of our facility and our staff.

Le Bleu Chateau is located on a tree-lined, residential street in the city of Burbank. Both of our assisted living homes are on Grismer Ave., across the street from one another, surrounded by multi-family dwellings. This adds to the community feel, slows down the pace and can make parking a challenge.


Getting Here: For those traveling to Le Bleu Chateau by freeway, we are situated east of the I-5 Fwy. and north of the 134 Fwy. To get here:
  • From I-5 North & South: Exit at Scott Rd./San Fernando Blvd. Upon exiting, cross over to the left lane immediately. At the first traffic light, make a left turn on to Grismer Ave. Our main office is on the right side of the street (1900). Look for the blue awning.
  • From I-101 East to 134 East: Exit at Bob Hope Dr. Make a left turn at the stop sign. Drive a short distance to Alameda Ave. and make a right turn. Drive to Buena Vista St. and make a left turn. Drive to Glenoaks Blvd. (3 3/4 mi.) and make a right turn. Drive a little less than a mile to Grismer Ave. and make a right turn. Our main office is on the left side of the street (1900). Look for the blue awning.
To Help With Parking, Here Are Some Hints: There are small parking lots to the north of each of our buildings. Fell free to park in one of the few unreserved stalls. Or parallel park across from the stalls, right along the side of the buildings. If you park on the street, please follow the rules on the signs.

  • On the 1900 side of the street, there is no parking from 10am-12noon on Thursdays.
  • On the 1911 side of the street, there is no parking from 2pm-4pm on Fridays.
  • On some of the other local streets, there is a 2 hour parking limit.
