Caring From The Heart

There is one requirement for everyone on staff at Le Bleu Chateau. They have to love helping our residents and their families. And they do!!!

There are nights when residents become confused and we help them deal with their world. There are holidays when residents feel lonely and we offer companionship and a warm heart. There are days when residents lose control of their bladder and we offer understanding, with as much privacy as possible. There are moments when family members are burdened with tremendous guilt and we lend them our years of vast experience to help them see things more clearly. No it's seldom easy, but our staff is very special and they love what they do!

Cristina is a quick problem solver. She has the unique talent to listen intently, then formulate a plan and take decisive action. And the actions she takes are always guided by her deep respect for each resident as a unique person and as a member of the elderly generation. These special traits are the driving force behind her compassion and desire to serve our residents and their families. Cristina is also an experienced, certified administrator who coordinates our staffing and develops our ongoing in-service trainings.

Liz Carroll

Administrator

Liz is a certified administrator who believes that each resident should create their own personal routine while living within the social environment of Le Bleu Chateau. She has the patience and experience to develop individual care plans for our residents. She provides the leadership that guides our caregivers in carrying out those plans. Her strength and determination are focused on the happiness of our residents, the peace of mind of their families, and the continuous support and development of our staff.
